Terms of Service

Effective November 1, 2026.

These terms are the agreement between you and PulseKPI ("PulseKPI", "we", "us") for using pulsekpi.com and the PulseKPI service. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them. Questions? Email hello@pulsekpi.com.

1. What PulseKPI does

PulseKPI is a KPI dashboard bot for real estate agents, teams and brokerages. It reads data from accounts you connect, such as your CRM, transaction manager, email, ad accounts, QuickBooks or your spreadsheet, and an optional smartwatch, and turns it into a dashboard, a goal countdown, daily summaries, spend reviews and reports.

2. What PulseKPI does not do

• It does not file taxes and does not give tax, legal, accounting or financial advice. Tax set-aside amounts are estimates only.
• It does not move money, pay bills, pause or change ads, or cancel subscriptions. Suggestions are just suggestions, and you decide.
• It does not send reports to your CPA, bookkeeper or anyone else unless you approve each send.

3. Your account

• You must be at least 18 and using PulseKPI for business.
• Keep your login secure and tell us right away about any unauthorized use.
• On team and brokerage plans, the account owner controls who has access and is responsible for their users.

4. Connected accounts and your data

• You confirm you have the right to connect each account and share its data with PulseKPI, including any client data in your CRM, under your brokerage rules, MLS rules and the law.
• We connect with read-only access wherever the provider offers it, and you can disconnect at any time.
• You own your data. You give us permission to use it only to provide and improve the service, as described in our Privacy Policy.
• We do not sell your data.
• Third-party services (for example your CRM, Meta, Google, Intuit and Stripe) have their own terms. We are not responsible for their outages, changes or data errors.

5. Plans, trials and billing

• Paid plans are billed in advance, monthly or yearly, through Stripe, and renew automatically until you cancel.
• If your plan includes a free trial, you will not be charged until it ends, and you can cancel before then.
• You can cancel any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Except where the law requires, payments are non-refundable.
• We may change prices with at least 30 days' notice by email. Changes apply at your next renewal.
• You are responsible for any applicable taxes on your subscription.

6. Acceptable use

Do not misuse PulseKPI. That includes trying to access other users' data, reverse engineering or overloading the service, using it to break the law or any provider's terms, or uploading data you have no right to share.

7. Accuracy

Dashboards and reports are only as accurate as the data in your connected accounts. Check important numbers against the source before you rely on them for business, tax or financial decisions.

8. Changes and availability

We are improving PulseKPI all the time and may add, change or remove features. We aim for high availability but do not promise the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

9. Ending the service

You can close your account at any time. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms or do not pay. After closing, we delete your connected-account data as described in the Privacy Policy.

10. Disclaimers

To the extent the law allows, PulseKPI is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

11. Limit of liability

To the extent the law allows, PulseKPI is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue or data. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

12. Indemnity

You agree to cover PulseKPI's reasonable costs from claims caused by your misuse of the service, your data, or your breaking these terms or the law.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Maricopa County, Arizona, and you and PulseKPI agree to their jurisdiction.

14. Changes to these terms

If we make material changes, we will post them here and email account holders at least 30 days before they take effect. Using PulseKPI after that means you accept the new terms.
